Pricing:

  • $4,386 double occupancy, $5,421 single (if available)
  • Ground-only (no airfare): $3,027 double occ., $4,062 single (if available).
  • 7-night with flights: $3,594 double occ., $4,398 single (if available)
  • 7-night ground-only: $2,517 double occ., $3,321 single (if available)
  • All single occupancy registration will be by request only. The first round of single room requests will be done in bulk 3 weeks after registration opens. These rooms will need to be confirmed after a deposit check has been received.
  • All prices are based on June 2026 exchange rates, and assume a full registration for ground transfers. Final prices are subject to change due to the exchange rate, and may increase to cover ground transfers if the trip does not fill.
  • Federal, state, and local governments, as well as airlines, may impose additional airport, passenger facility charges, fuel surcharges or other taxes at any time as well as lodging taxes, surcharges, and fees. All current taxes and fees are included, as of June 2026. Any new taxes, fuel surcharges, and fees will be added to the final balance.

Part 1: The Main Event — Méribel & The Three Valleys

Basecamp: The Ski-In/Ski-Out Hôtel Le Mottaret (1,750m)

Get ready for the ultimate alpine winter escape. For the main leg of our journey, we are heading straight to the heart of the world’s largest interconnected ski area: The Three Valleys (Les 3 Vallées). Boasting an incredible 600 kilometers of pristine slopes and high-altitude, snow-sure terrain, this is a skier's paradise whether you want to cruise gentle, sweeping blues or challenge yourself on legendary steep couloirs.

Our home for the week is the fantastic Hôtel Le Mottaret, located right on the piste at 1,750 meters. Forget long walks in ski boots—step out the locker room door, click into your bindings, and you are immediately on the snow. After crushing vertical miles across Méribel, Courchevel, and Val Thorens, the hotel’s famous après-ski scene awaits. You can unwind in the bubbling outdoor jacuzzi deck with a drink in hand, warm up by the roaring open fire in the lounge, or gather on the heated lower terrace for music and local Savoyard specialty dining. It’s the perfect blend of world-class skiing and classic, lively chalet vibes.

Part 2: The Extension — The French Riviera

Destination: Nice & The Côte d’Azur

Swap your ski boots for sneakers and your winter shell for sunglasses—we’re trading the snow for the sapphire waters of the Mediterranean! Our trip extension takes us down to the stunning coastal city of Nice, offering the perfect contrast to our week in the high peaks. Visiting ahead of the intense summer crowds means we get the absolute best of the French Riviera: mild, sun-drenched sea breezes, relaxed outdoor cafés, and vibrant local life.

Spend your days strolling or cycling along the iconic Promenade des Anglais, taking in the striking Belle Époque architecture and panoramic views of the Baie des Anges. We’ll get lost in the winding, narrow alleys of Vieux Nice (Old Town), passing pastel-hued buildings that look unchanged since the 1700s. You can hunt for treasures at the famous Cours Saleya flower and antique market, sample local street delicacies like socca (crispy chickpea pancakes), or hike up to Castle Hill for an unforgettable sunset view over the terracotta rooftops. It’s a spectacular, sophisticated way to wind down, celebrate the trip, and toast to an amazing winter season together.

Payments:

  • Your full first payment is required to reserve your spot (1/3 of Trip Cost).
  • Three payments of $1,462 (double occ.) for Full 10 day trip for example
  • Payment due dates: with registration, September 9, and November 9

Cancellation Policy and Fees:

  • A $350 name change fee will apply to correct errors in your registration form after tickets have been issued.
  • Cancellation fee schedule:
    • Until 8/31/26: $350
    • 9/1/26 - 10/4/26: 30%
    • 10/5/26 - 11/4/26: 50%
    • 11/5/26 onwards no refunds
  • In the event of voluntary trip cancellation as a group, all payments will be refunded.

Insurance:

  • Travel insurance is NOT included, but is strongly encouraged. It would be required and included if we could find a way. Due to a split ticket on the return, there is real risk for travel interruption. You want insurance. Trust me.
