Let’s keep the NHSSC (EICSL) Jay Peak trip and our amazing season pass deal going!
NHSSC (EICSL) is one of the last groups still grandfathered into this incredible trip package that
includes a complimentary season pass. If we don't reach our minimum attendance
requirement of 20 people, we will need to cancel the trip AND will also lose the season
pass offer for future trips.
All trip attendees must be NHSSC (EICSL) members in good standing for the 2026-2027
season.
Trip Details:
5 Day Trip: 12/6-12/11/2026
The trip includes daily lift tickets that can be used starting the day after arrival (12/7/2026) and a
limited Jay Peak season pass.
• 2 BR Slopeside Condo based on quad occupancy, $630 pp
• 2 BR Golf & Mountain Condo based on quad occupancy, $545 pp
• 1 BR Golf & Mountain Condo based on double occupancy, $670 pp
• Stateside Hotel Room based on double occupancy, $765 pp (Ski-in ski-out. Breakfast not included.
Coffee maker, mini-fridge, microwave in room).
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Tuesday, 09/15/2026
PAYMENT: 50% of payment is required to reserve your spot. The remaining balance is due
9/15/2026.
If we do not have at least 20 fully paid registrants by 9/15/2026 unfortunately we will need to cancel
the trip. Full refunds will be issued.

• If paying by PayPal, send to treasurer@eicsl.org You’ll need to add 3% to your trip payment to
cover PayPal fees. Include a description of who the payment is from and what the payment is for.
• If paying by Venmo, send to @EICSL and include a payment description. Do not tag as goods and
services. If asked to confirm recipient, use the last four digits of phone number 6573.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
• The complimentary season pass carries no value and as such, cannot be redeemed, extended, or
deferred.
• The season pass cannot be used Saturdays, Christmas week, Presidents week, or at any other
PGRI resorts.
• The season pass includes VIP benefits (discounts for non-sale items in shops; tune-ups; lodging
packages, non-holiday private lessons; free uphill travel pass; free access to Nordic Ski & Snowshoe

• If you already have a 2026+27 Jay Peak pass, please indicate in the comments of the trip
registration form and deduct $190 from your trip cost (daily lift credit). The complimentary season
pass and lift tickets will be excluded from your trip package. Only season pass holders are eligible
for this discount.
• If possible, please organize your own condo mates and list them in the comments on the
trip registration form. Otherwise, we'll try to choose compatible condo mates for you to fill the condo.
• If opting for hotel, indicate room preference in the comments on the trip registration form. (Room
with 2 queen beds OR room with king bed and queen sleeper sofa).
• If you are interested in occupying a condo or hotel room with fewer people than the quoted
occupancy, please email diana@eicsl.org for pricing information.
• If an individual has to cancel after 9/15/2026 for personal reasons a refund will only be issued if the
condo spot is filled by someone who the rest of the condo agrees to.
• In the event of trip cancellation as a group, full refunds will be issued.
• We hope to also offer a Jay Peak trip for spring 2027. 2026+27 Jay Peak season pass holders,
including those who attend the Dec trip, will be eligible for trip price discount.
